Worst washer i have ever ownedLess then 2 years old, leaks water & service cannot find the leak, does not drain water out completely, have to do multiple spin cycles to get all the water out. plus periodic metal grinding noise while in spin cycle & many other issues with this piece of JUNK. Don`t waste your money on this Junk. Time for a new washer for me.

Water levels are deceivinghow can you rinse a large load of clothes in 2 gallons of water? In order to get a decent amount of water in the tub, we have to set it on the highest setting. Very frustrating. More than 5 items in the tub, it distributes the clothes unevenly and shakes during the spin. Very frustrating again. Wish I had my old GE set back.

GLWN2800D1WS issuesWasher does NOT spin after the wash water drains out! So the leftover dirty water mixes with the fresh rinse water...that in itself is bad enough, but then the washer only fills with a very small amount of rinse water, it DOES NOT fill to the same level as the load option I chose for the wash, ie super, small, etc. I also notice the final spin does not completely spin out clothes so they are too "wet" to dry without respinning! This washer is one day old...I believe its going back to Lowe's! We have been buying GE for 43 years...maybe it's time to buy a different brand!! I looked all thru the booklet, it mentions a smart rinse option, but does not explain it, nor does it have a way to choose or not choose whatever that means! I'll bet it has something to do with the fact that the rinse water is too low to cover the clothes! Aggravating to say the least!
