Easy to install. Much more efficient than previous non GE unit
This unit replaced an older unit (non GE) which was a clockwork mechanical unit. This unit uses much less salt and is much more consistent in terms of the softness of the warer.

Very satisfied
We compared higher priced water softners and found that this one had all the same features. It is highly effeciant, uses little salt, easy to maintain, and does a great job for very little money. WE highly recommend.

Great unit
It does what it is supposed to do well! When I first turned it on, I couldn't tell if it was doing anything. I had to wait to notice that my water was not hard anymore to be sure that it was doing anything. If it had an indicator when the next cycle was going to start that would be helpful. No other complaints.

So far so good
Had this installed by a contractor a couple of months ago. So far everything is working as promised. Now if they could figure a way for it to haul the salt bags down the basement steps.

Easy install and performs well.
This water softener was easy to install and get going. The programming was nice, simple and intuitive. I've had the softener for a few months now and it seems to be performing very well. Also the price was very reasonable compared to a lot of the other options out there.

Simple install!
Install, and most importantly the instructions, were super easy. Was able to do this myself in a short amount of time.
Purchased due to online reviews suggesting this unit.
