Initially Good, then problems
For the first few weeks after we installed the filter system, we had great results...clean water and great water pressure. Then the water pressure problem showed up. I asked the folks where we purchased the item for help, who at different times suggested replacing each part of the system; the faucet, the line, the filters, the supply valve. No luck. After some internet research, I found that this is a VERY common problem with the GE Filters. There is a small notch or ridge on top of the replacement filters which should engage a seal in the mounted unit that houses the filters. Over time the seal wears down and does not engage. I have read other negative reviews online which discuss this same topic. We have invested the same amount we paid for the filter system trying to fix it. I have seen some home remedies that discuss pinching the CAM with pliers or using a gasket from your water hose. None of these should be necessary.

very good water filter
filters are sort of $$$-but last a long time--unit is very nice looking-easy to install-takes up very little space under the counter
