Great features, but...
I have had a built in GE Profile 1590 Microwave / Convection oven for over 6 years. When originally installed, it had a defect, which GE promptly remedied. So, no complaints about that. It's performed well since then. But, recently, the interior lightbulb burned out and needs to be replaced. After searching all over the GE site and other locations on the internet, I've learned that this requires a service technician! Can you believe that? I find this an appalling example of poor initial design and/or an attempt by GE to boost their service business. Next time I buy a microwave, I'll pay attention to this before I buy it.
