this product has great features We bought this microwave July, 2004 and used it daily without fail until April 22, 2013. We found the door closure to be a bit loud. It was easy to use and worked very well. Repair costs would be prohibitive for the magnetron so we just bought a GE profile convection/microwave to replace it. April 26, 2013

Great Features, long lasting I've had my microwave for nearly 5 years now. It's been great, very large, great cooking shortcut options. i would definitely recommend it to someone. We use it fairly regularly. December 18, 2012

High end microwave. Lasts three years This was a great microwave until it stopped working three years into ownership. The unit needed to be replaced because parts and labor to repair were more than the original cost of the microwave. November 23, 2012
