Warming zone (Fifth element warming zone)
The warming zone is used to keep food that has just been cooked warm and ready to serve. The warming zone has three settings: High (104 watts) for soup, tea and coffee, Medium (71 watts average) for stews or melting chocolate and Low (40 watts average) for bread and pastries.

Self-Clean Heavy-Duty Oven Racks
These racks have two coats of porcelain enamel (the top coat has a speckled finish similar to the oven cavity). Plus, the perimeter frame offers a larger diameter than standard racks, the tines running from front to rear are 65% thicker and double crossbars are included for added strength. These racks can easily support a 40-pound turkey.
