    First Review

We have the previous model of this induction range, but I thought it best to add the review on the current model as the features have not changed much. We have only had the range a short time and yet are impressed with the ease of use, performance and quality. With the appropriate pots and pans the induction cook top is amazing. Heat up time is incredibly quick and the control granularity is fantastic. It takes a bit of practice to learn the correct setting when you are coming from a previous conventional or radiant cook top as we have. The only mistake we made initially was with a small roast in the oven and an attempt at using the probe. We did not notice the convection cooking mode lowered the requested temperature by 25 degrees by default using a mode called auto convert. But, this can be disabled as our previous range did not have this feature and we were used to cooking at the requested temperature when using convection cooking. I will add another review when we have had this range a bit longer.

    Very Satisfied

We have had the previous model of this induction range for several years enjoying its excellent features with no problems at all. we did have to replace our Cephalon aluminum cookware. We use Circulon infininite and Beka ceramica frypans (which are dishwaser washable) for their non-stick properties and Tramontina and JA Henckle stainless pots and these have served us well on this range, I recommend them.

My dream range, glad the old one finally died

I researched for years; waited for the induction/convection range combo to come out as there is no point in buying kitchen cabinets to house the top and oven. I bought it 3 months ago and it is fabulous! Easy to use. I read the instructions in 5 minutes and I have been cooking like a pro. The cream soup will hold at eating tempurature without congealing on the bottom. Frying is quick and completely controlled. Do not leave the range while waiting for the pan to heat.! We lost water Xmas eve and had to boil water for everything. Speed is amazing on the power boil burner.

  4. 3 out of 5 stars.

The cooktop works great! The convection oven doesn't

Within the first year, service had to completely replace the control panel because the oven wouldn't continue to heat. I haven't used the convection until today - about a year after the replacement. It is doing the same thing. The fan doesn't run and the heat continues to fall. I have to shut the oven off and restart it to get the temperature back up - sometimes it's nearly 100 degrees lower than it should be.

I love the induction cooktop. There does, however, seem to be a problem with the oven's convection programing.

  5. 5 out of 5 stars.

    Has lived to to expectations

Have had the range for several months and have no complaints other than the oven exhaust fan does make the oven door handle too warm. The controls are hard to see, but I use the light under the microwave when more light is needed. I love the induction stove top!
