Looks nice, water tastes good, poor quality/design, expect betterPro: The water tastes great as expected with any R/O filtration system. Faucet handle can be positioned on either left or right. The faucet looks nice and is easily moved from side to side. Mounting of the 3-filter system is quick and easily removable.
Con: The toggle screw that holds the faucet base to the sink is not centered in the base, so it secures one side better than the other. The 1/4" black tube is almost impossible to slip on (so lube well). The faucet body is cheaply made. The body "locks" onto the base after a 1/8 turn like a pickle jar. This is not tight like a pickle jar and only prevents lifting of the body from the base. Very wobbly. The set screw is to prevent turning of the body on the base. It screws through thin plastic on the body so it's rather useless. All tubes are VERY rigid, so arrangement under sink is almost impossible.
Note: Either my LEDs don't work or my battery was DOA. Check prefilter regularly. My product leaked at the base during the filling stage. There are many causes of this so consult the manual and monitor for leaks.

Great tasting water.Been using this product for a month now. Instead of using the sinktop dispenser we tied the RO system directly into our refridgerator's icemaker and water dispenser. The water tastes great and it's nice that the kids drink water now instead of soda. The ice is crystal clear. Couple of negatives: The sinktop dispenser is is chrome and we have a brushed nickel faucet (not an issue since we hooked it up to the fridge). Also, the pressure of the water is pretty weak and it takes a while to fill a glass. Finally, the amount of room it takes under the sink is pretty substantial - around half the cabinet under our sink.

product made for easy servicingTwist on replacement filters are a great inprovement over the canister housing type filters. It would be helpful if a shut off valve for the holding tank was included with the unit hardware, instead of an extra purchase item. My system is installed in the garage and have the extended feed line run to the kitchen for my sink facuet and ice maker. If a problem develops with the facuet or fitting leak you would have to drain the tank completely before the water would stop flowing. With a shut off valve on the tank you would avoid having to drain the tank to stop the water. If a shut off valve was included I would rate the features excellent
