Exellent! I am a Mom who does a lot of laundry!! Ranging from everyday items, to delicate, to large blankets. This machine does an incredible, quick, and efficieng job for ALL of my needs! I've had the machine two years and never had any problems!! December 14, 2011

Garbage! This product has been nothing but problems. Loud, noisey and apparently the wash basin is "off track"(600 dollar job to fix). Not to mention the gasket keeps tearing and the whole thing floods out...stay away from this machine. April 2, 2013

Good features, but don't like it This washer stinks!!(smell) It stays off balance all the time. The feet have been leveled so I know it is the washer! I would not recommend this washer to anyone. I wish I had checked on this more, before I purchased it March 21, 2013

Lemon Stay away Broken every years I had it, walks all over floor or base doesn't matter where you install it. Have no balance to it. Wires pull of plugs from all the shaking, not two mention broken springs and shocks, leaks, hole in gasket, mold in tube, in general its a lemon. April 14, 2012
