Problem after problem! This is absolutely the worst washer we have ever owned. And that includes one that was already twenty years old when it came to us! It does not wash well at all, our towels have never looked or felt so bad. It makes horrible noise, walks and wiggles everywhere, and now it won't let the fabric softener in. It just stays in the little compartment until I pour in extra water to flush it out. This model is not being sold any longer, thank goodness, but maybe someone who is looking to buy a GE front loader will see this and think twice about it. I wish we could afford to buy a new washer, but for now we are stuck with this one. We wil NEVER buy one like this again! October 6, 2012

Unanswered problems This machine walks as much as 18 inches. Service calls result in no solution, just that what we did or do is the cause. We have tried every suggested, to no avail. Also, the odor is awful!! Last GE MACHINE FOR US. August 21, 2012
