Ratings and Q&A

GDF520PSDSS is rated 3.733 out of 5 by 176.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super quiet!! This dishwasher is the most quiet machine I have ever owned. I returned to the kitchen twice to make sure it was even running. Since the silverware basket is on the door, it gives you more space for dishes. Great buy!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from QUIET! a great product.... this dishwasher replaced a 12 yr old Kenmore and is so very quiet I had to go check the first time to make sure it was running. So far I am very pleased with how it cleans with no complaints - love the compartments for utensils that i keep on the door. I just have to get used to how to rearrange pots & pans with plates to maximize room.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Nothing more than a (poor quality) DW There was not a real steam cycle. The highest temperature I recorded was 120 deg. (just plain hot water) others advertise as much as 158 degrees. Steam by definition is somewhere near boiling. Great to use less soap and power off grease. But not on this unit. Also the pump is nothing more than ordinary and I disagree with the assertion of 65% more power. Longer wash cycles do not necessarily translate to cleaner dishes. Volume: I could directly hear the wash cycle though the door vent. Sad, Sad, Sad! Cute door chimes do not equal clean dishes.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Does not dry at all Replaced a recalled GE, which had set off the smoke detectors at the house. Hard to arrange dirty dishes, and even with the heated dry option on, almost everything comes out wet. We allways use Jetdry, so that was not the case. Raised the temperature on the water heaters substantially and no change.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Quiet! This dishwasher replaced a recalled dishawasher nd runs much nicer than the other one and clean the dishes a lot better...and i barely know its on!
