Installed 3 weeks ago. I love the auto soap dispense function, that’s why I bought it. I’m 5’4”, I use a little stool so that I can reach the bottom clothes.

I am totally in love!!!
I can not BELIEVE how much I can get done in one load!!! I will admit, I was very skeptical about purchasing a top loading washer without an agitator but this is without a doubt a great machine! My clothes are very clean and I am thoroughly impressed!! I can dump a whole bottle of soap in and use the auto detergent dispense system, which I have yet to do, it lets me know (via WiFi) when my load is complete and ready to go into the dryer and when I get on the app, I can see how long (how many minutes) my load has until the cycle is complete. The tub is pretty deep and I have to stand on my tip toes to reach the bottom layer of clothes so I probably wouldn't recommend it to a little old lady or someone who is 5'5" or under. I am 5'7". That is truly the only downfall of this machine thus far. I absolutely love it and I am so glad I went with this instead of a front loader. Some people have been bashing this machine in online reviews, as I did plenty of research before purchasing but, some people just can't be satisfied no matter what you do for them. This machine is worth the money. Also great for a big family!

Washes great and HUUUUUGE capacity
Love this washer. I've had it for two months and very happy we got it. It feels like it's impossible to fill because the capacity is so large. My wife who is 5'3" sometimes struggles to reach the very bottom of the tub. The smartdispense works great, though I do wish there was some kind of indicator with the soap level. My clothes come out clean every time. It's crazy how little water it uses and it still cleans. The only time I did have an issue was when I washed 2 heavy bath mats. The machine didn't like that and did walk a little. As far as noise, I have no complaints. I don't know what people expect, but it's not as loud as my previous traditional washer. We have the WiFi connected to our Amazon Alexis, but really never use the voice control. On the other hand, the notifications on the Laundry app are very convenient. As long as you understand that these new washers use very little water, you will love this washer...Oh yeah if you want extra water, just press the Deep Fill button.

GE Turkey?
I just had this washer delivered and started the first load when the water stopped filling and started washing the clothes dry. I called Lowes where I purchased the product and they said that once I delivered it, I had to call GE. Except GE has no "help" number listed on the manual. The washer is VERY loud and keeps trying to wash clothes with no water (it spits twice then switches to wash). I'm searching for a GE help line but it's very difficult to find. I had a GE washer before this for twelve years. No problems. Easy to use. This is nightmare. You should hear how loud this washer is... it's terrible.
