Rated 4 out of 5 by from BETTER THAN THE REST GE's have a great life span and are very durable but these new digital models have 2 flaws, 1 when using the GE 2 stage thermostat, the heat will malfunction if the fan is left in the on position (disabling the fan switch at the stat is wise) I just remove the outer plastic piece and cover the hole, 2 when it gets below 20 F the outside thermistor (located at the right rear of the drain pan) will disable the heat pump ;( ;( and the unit can not heat well at all. The older AZ38 models run just fine even at 0, other than that this PTAC is a great buy :)

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works as advertised. I am using this unit in a glass sun-room that has direct sunlight for the majority of the day . The unit keeps my room at the desired temperature even with outdoor temps reaching 100 f @ 85% humidity.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from New Zoneline Heatpump I've been using my new unit almost a month and overall I'm satisfied with it. It runs very quietly and cools 600 sq. ft. of space quickly. However it has yet to drip any condensation outside and sometimes the room feels more humid than with my old Zoneline unit. I consulted the installer about this and he said that the unit uses condensation to help cool the unit. Sounds like efficiency, but I'd like less of a humid feeling in my room.
