Rated 2 out of 5 by IzzyHere from Top rack never cleaned! Despite following the user manual for correct loading and recommended cleaner, the top rack has been very challenged. It has zero success of cleaning anything with even the lightest coating of oil on it -- such as a salad plate. The bottom rack also has its issues. You cannot place any silverware anywhere near the soap door otherwise you have big globs of soap all over the silverware and the door. Poor design as far as I'm concerned.
