Rated 1 out of 5 by Cosmo Bucky from Does GE have no QA function? 1) Oven light always on. Oven doesn't heat. I suspect the two are related - the unit thinks the door is open, so prevents the oven from working. I've tested the switch and the control pad button. Light stays on in all combinations of off/on. 2) GE's support is closed weekends! Excuse me - when do you think most working people will have time to set up a new appliance? 3) Had to wait 2 1/2 weeks for delivery (granted, I live on an island, but still...).

Rated 5 out of 5 by Legalbabe from Gas range top fantastic Haven’t had gas in more than thirty years. This range performs just as expected—instant response to flame adjustments. Even my husband is starting to appreciate the responsiveness of gas compared with electric. The “lite” designation on the knob is not in the correct position, but we have learned to adjust. The electric oven bakes evenly and the temperature is spot on. Don’t have a need for the special oven extension rack.
