Washer - H2O Supply Error

The "H2O Supply" error seen on our Front Load Washers is unrelated to options or cycles. This error will display when there is either an issue with the pressure sensor or the water supply valves being turned off. In rare cases, this error display could potentially be seen when there is extremely low water pressure.

H2O Supply Error

• When the "H2O Supply" error appears, the washer will normally go into a state that runs the drain pump for 4 minutes. This is done to prevent a potential overfill situation in case there is an issue with the pressure sensing system.
• If this error is displayed, make sure the water supply to the Washer is turned on.

Repair Service Needed

If you confirm that the water supply to the Washer is turned on, then service is recommended. A repair appointment can be scheduled with Bodewell.
