Using the SmartHQ app is easy once you set up your GE Appliances Account through the SmartHQ app or online at My Account.
Enabling Multiple SmartHQ App Users Within the SmartHQ App
The SmartHQ app is designed to be accessible by more than one user, so that up to 20 devices within your home can control your connected appliances. Connected appliances are synced to one individual GE Appliances Account to ensure security when initially setting up your connections. After that, multiple users can log into that individual Account in the SmartHQ app using the same email and password, even if they are on different phones. They just need to have the SmartHQ app on their phone and use the same email and password used to set-up the Account.
