Smart Appliances - SmartHQ App Troubleshooting

If you cannot use the SmartHQ™ app or log into your SmartHQ account, it is likely that you need to update the SmartHQ app.
 

Potential Issues

  • Can't Connect your appliance to the SmartHQ app or to WiFi.
  • Can't log into your Account in the SmartHQ app.
  • Not all of the features in the SmartHQ app are not working.
  • Missing features in the SmartHQ app.
  • Not receiving Notifications.

Steps to Update the SmartHQ App

  1. Check the latest version of the SmartHQ app on your phone. The version on the phone should match the most current version of the SmartHQ app in the Apple App Store or Google Play.
  2. If the version on your phone is an older version of the SmartHQ app, update the SmartHQ app.
  3. If you can't update the SmartHQ app, delete it from your phone and re-install it.

It's a good idea check whether you have Notifications turned on for the SmartHQ app. This helps you make sure you have the most current version of the SmartHQ app. You'll also be sure to get any software updates for your smart appliance.
