GE Profile™ UltraFast Combo Washer/Dryer - Finding the Software Version ID

Keeping your GE Profile™ UltraFast Combo software updated is as simple as updating your smartphone when you're connected to your home WiFi via our SmartHQ app. Having the most current software version available for the UltraFast Combo ensures you're getting the most out of your appliance!

 

Finding the Software Version ID in the SmartHQ App

  1. Ensure your Combo is connected. The Wi-Fi icon should be shown in the top right corner of the LCD screen. 
  2. From the SmartHQ App, select the widget for your Combo.
  3. Next, select the gear icon for the Combo’s Settings.
  4. Click on the icon for the Product Info tab.
  5. The Software Version will be displayed. Tap on SOFTWARE UPDATE to see if an update is available. If so, follow the instructions in the App.

If your UltraFast Combo has never had a software update, it will show the Software Version is 0.0.0.0.  All new software update releases include previous releases.
