Range & Wall Oven - Transporting / Moving Instructions

Whether you are transporting or moving a brand new Range or Wall Oven that is still in a box, or you are moving a currently owned and used appliance, it is important to transport the appliance correctly. This will help to ensure that no damage is done to the Range or Wall Oven.

Transporting a Range or Wall Oven Properly

  • When moving a Range or Wall Oven, it can be placed on either side during transporting without doing any harm to the appliance. "Sides" refers to the left or the right, not the rear.
  • Glass top (radiant) cooking products should be moved in an upright position, carefully protected, to prevent possible damage to the glass cooking surface.
