Observing Minimum Air Clearances for a Chest Freezer
The following are the minimum air clearances required for current chest freezer models.
5 and 7 cubic feet capacity models:
3 inches of clearance on all sides.
3 inches of clearance at the back.
9, 11, 16 and 22 cubic feet capacity models:
2 inches of clearance on all sides.
2 inches of clearance at the back.
