Air Conditioners Proper Grounding

The power cord of the unit is equipped with a three-prong plug which mates with a standard three-prong wall receptacle. This third prong minimizes the possibility of electric shock hazard. Have the wall receptacle and circuit checked by a qualified electrician to make sure the receptacle is properly grounded.

Warning: Do not under any circumstance, remove the third prong from the power cord.
