Advantium Slow Cook

The Slow Cook (also called Simmer) feature on some Advantium models is a sensor cooking feature. It measures the amount of steam released by the food as it cooks.

• After selecting the Slow Cook or Simmer option, you must enter your desired Cook Time. The sensor measures the humidity (steam) level and adjusts the power to cycle on and off while cooking to maintain a simmer.
• This is best used for stews and soups.
