Washer - Drips or Fills When Not Turned On
We understand the concern of seeing water accumulating in the Washer tub when the Washer is not in use. If this is happening, we recommend turning off the water valves on the water supply lines connected to your washer. This will prevent any more water from entering the Washer while it is not in use.
Washer Water Valve
- If your Washer drips water or fills with water when it is not turned on, the water valve on the back of your Washer may have failed. This can cause water to leak from the water valve into your Washer tub when the Washer is turned off. In this situation, the water valve or water valve assembly on the appliance usually needs to be replaced.
