Microwave - Clearing the Timer

Microwaves have a Timer feature that serves as a Kitchen Timer. It is used to time cooking functions on appliances in the home.

Clearing the Timer Function on a Microwave

On most microwaves, the Timer function can be cleared by simply pressing the Clear/Off or Cancel/Off button once or twice, depending upon the model. On some models, pressing and holding the Clear or Timer button will clear the function.

Also, you can press the Timer On/Off button when the timer feature is being used to clear the Timer.
