Range Care and Cleaning of Grill/Griddle Module
Directions for cleaning the support and reflector parts of the grill/griddle modules
Materials to use:
- Soap and water
- Soap filled scouring pad
- Plastic scouring ball
Let the grill coil and the reflector pan cool. Remove the grill coil and lift out the reflector. The reflector pan can be cleaned in the self-cleaning oven if excess grease and residue are removed beforehand. The reflector can also be cleaned with the materials above. Keep the holes in the center of the reflector open.
Directions for cleaning the grease collector
Materials to use:
- Chrome polish
- Warm soapy water
- Plastic scouring ball
For easier cleaning, the grease collector pan can be lined with aluminum foil, but be sure to notch the foil so it doesn't touch the plug-in heating element prongs.
Do not clean in the self-cleaning oven and never use steel wool or abrasive cleaners.

- Plastic scouring ball
- The grill can be cleaned in the dishwasher, however it cannot be cleaned in the self-cleaning oven.
Some discoloration of the grill will occur after a few uses, giving it more of an outside grill appearance.

Materials to use:
- Warm soapy water
- Soft cloth
- Plastic scouring ball
The griddle has a "Teflon" surface and cannot be cleaned in the dishwasher or the self-cleaning oven, and never use abrasive cleaners.
