Washer Timer Direction

Mechanical Washer: All washer timers turn only in a clockwise direction.

• Pull to Start models: When you pull the washer knob out to start it, the knob will move freely in either direction. This is to prevent bumping it into another cycle.
• Start button models: The knob is not pulled out and will move freely in either direction when selecting the cycle.

Electronic Washer: The knob is not a timer. It can be moved either way and will not move during a cycle.
