Side-by-Side Refrigerator - Water or Ice Under Vegetable Pan/Bin
If you are finding water or ice under the crispers, temperature or humidity controlled drawers or standard fruit and vegetable drawers in your Side-by-Side refrigerator, this may indicate a leak in the water storage tank.
To check for a leak from the water storage tank:

Pull the vegetable drawers out and leave the refrigerator door open.

Dispense some water into a glass from the freezer door while watching the tank in the fresh food compartment.

If the storage tank is leaking, it will be obvious. Service is recommended to fix this.

Monogram models with water under the vegetable pans/bins is an indication of a clogged drain and requires service.
