Parts - What Happens After I Sign Up For SmartOrder

After you join SmartOrder, you will receive an email confirming your subscription. This email will include a link to access your account to manage your subscriptions and account information.

Your first order will be processed and shipped immediately. After your first shipment, we will place your SmartOrder automatically based on your selected frequency, and you will only be billed on the day each order is shipped. Prior to each order, we will send you an email reminder. You will also receive email notifications if your product is discontinued, if you cancel your subscription, or to confirm when an order places successfully.
