Front Load Washer - Reverse Door Swing

All Front Load Washers have the hinges on the left side of the door, and they open to the left. The door swing is approximately 150-160 degrees. With most models, the electronics involved with the door lock mechanism don't allow the door to be reversed. Dryers do have reversible doors, so you still have some installation flexibility.If you're looking for a Front Load Washer with a reversible door swing, there are some models that allow the door swing to be changed.

Reversible Door Swing Models

Front Load Washers that have the UltraFresh Vent System with Odor Block™  do allow you to switch the door swing. The exception is our Front Load GE Profile™ UltraFast Combo Washer/Dryer, which can't be reversed because of the door design.
