Cooking Products - Knob Material

Stainless Steel knobs can be made of different materials:

• On most GE Cafe Series and some GE Profile cooking products with knobs that have a Stainless Steel appearance, they may be die cast metal. Check product specifications to confirm.
• On all other Stainless and Slate models, they are electro-plated plastic but they are weighted so they have the feel of metal knobs without the heat issues.
