Advantium - Child Lock Out Feature

The control panel on an Advantium oven may be locked to prevent the oven from being accidentally started or used by children. The procedure for locking the control panel depends upon the type of control panel.

Using the Child Lock Out Feature on an Advantium Oven

Dial and Glass Touch Control Panel

Press and hold the Clear/Off or Cancel/Off pad for about 3 to 5 seconds to lock and un-lock the controls. When the control panel is locked, "Control is LOCKED" will be displayed briefly any time a button or dial is pressed.

LCD Control Panel

Press the Lock Icon in order to lock the LCD from any undesired screen selections. To unlock the screen, press the Lock Icon and press Unlock on the next screen.
