Range or Wall Oven - Removing Grease Buildup on the Door Seals

When using the oven, grease or food can get on the frame around the oven. Get the best oven performance by keeping the area clean where the door seals against the oven. 

Cleaning the door gaskets:

• Clean the frame of the oven only.  Most ovens have a woven fiberglass gasket on the door can be damaged if they get wet or are cleaned.
• Use only a mild, non-abrasive detergent applied with a clean sponge or soft cloth.
• Make sure any cleaner or food is removed from the door and oven frame.
