GE Appliances is happy to send out service at no charge for any manufacturing defect or malfunction of your appliance, as specified in your warranty.

 

Questions about the use of your freezer, how your freezer operates or issues related to the installation of your freezer are handled over the phone.

 

If you would like for a technician to come to your home to help you with this type of information, they will gladly do so, but this is not covered under the warranty and there will be a charge for this service.
