Fan Operation Options On Air Conditioners

The air conditioner is set at the factory for Continuous Fan Operation. In some models, you have an option to reset the Auxiliary or Fan Cycle Controls to allow the fan to cycle on and off with the compressor or heaters. This is called a "Smart Fan Switch" on some models. (If this option is chosen, lower operating costs can result, although the room temperature may fluctuate more.)
