Most vent hoods have a light or lights to illuminate the cooking surface below the hood. At some point, you may need to replace the light bulb, also referred to as a lamp.

To obtain information on the lamp (light bulb) size and wattage recommended for a specific hood, see the sticker located around the lamp area. This information is also included in the Owner's Manual for the specific model you own.
