Refrigerator - Odor Filtration

For a period of time, we offered an odor filter on some Café refrigerator models. The odor filter helps remove food odors, preventing them from circulating and affecting other foods within the fresh food compartment.

 

Understanding the Odor Filtration Feature on a Café Refrigerator

When turned on, the odor filter activates a fan located on the left rear wall of the fresh food compartment. The fan draws in the odors, which are absorbed by the filter.

 

  • The useful life of the odor filter is 6 months.

  • The part number for the filter is ODORFILTER and it is sold in a 2 pack. The filter is timed based.

  • The filter's life is heavily dependent on the usage and what is being removed from the air. If it is not working, the filter may need to be replaced.

How to Use

  1. Press express modes on the LCD screen.
  2. Press odor remover.

The odor filter stays on for 4 hours and turns off automatically or can be manually turned off prior to the 4 hours by selecting the off position for the odor filter on the LCD screen.
