Rebate Card Use at a ATM

Rebate cards may be used at an ATM machine.

How do I create a PIN?You only need to create a PIN if you intend to use your card at an ATM.

To create a PIN:

1. Call the phone number on the back of your prepaid card—this is probably the number you just called.
2. Select option 1 from the initial menu.
3. Then enter the tracking number that appears on the back of your card, at the bottom.
4. Select option 4 from the next menu (to change the PIN number).
5. Enter the temporary passcode that came with your card (9761).
6. Create and enter a new PIN—this should be any four digits that you will be able to remember easily.The system will then restate your new PIN

How do I use my card at an ATM?

When you use your prepaid MasterCard at an ATM, you will need to enter the new PIN you created, but you will also be prompted to select Checking or Credit. Always select Checking.

Note: A prepaid Visa card will be issued for purchases made through Costco

The card balance must be enough to cover the withdrawal amount + the $1.50 program fee + any fee charged by the ATM owner.
