Monogram Bar Refrigerator/Wine Reserve/Beverage Center - Sabbath Mode

The Sabbath Mode was designed for use on the Jewish Sabbath and holidays. The Sabbath Mode can be set to override typical reactions caused by your interaction with the wine reserve or beverage center. While in the Sabbath Mode, your appliance will still operate; however, it will not respond to your actions. Methods for setting the Sabbath Mode will vary slightly by model.

While in the Sabbath Mode, you may notice the fan running when the door is opened. This isn't a result of your actions. The compressor and fan will operate at predetermined times.

Non-Privacy Glass Electronic Models

Hold the left-most and right-most buttons simultaneously for 7 seconds (typically, these are the Red Wine and Light buttons on a wine reserve or the Warmer and Light buttons on a beverage center). Repeat to deactivate Sabbath Mode.

• • "SAb" which looks like "5Ab” "5Ab” will be displayed on the control and will remain displayed.
  • Interior lights will turn off and stay off.
  • Control settings will be frozen and will stay on the same mode as before the appliance was put in Sabbath Mode.

Privacy Glass Electronic Models

Hold the left-most button and handle switch simultaneously for 7 seconds. Repeat to deactivate Sabbath Mode.

• • "SAb" which looks like "5Ab” "5Ab” will be displayed on the control and will remain displayed.
  • Interior lights will turn off and stay off. The appliance will continue to cool normally even though the lights remain off.
  • Control settings will be frozen and will stay on the same mode as before the appliance was put in Sabbath Mode.
