Appliance - Cosmetic Repair

A cosmetic repair is where the appliance has an issue that does not effect the operation of the appliance. Often, the cosmetic issue is not one that can be repaired. An example would be a crack in the liner of a refrigerator or freezer. While this could be unpleasant visually it will not effect the operation of the refrigerator in any way.
