Wine Center - Moisture or Condensation on the Outer Door

A Wine Center or Wine Chiller is ideal for storing wine. The wine is stored and chilled to the correct temperature, and is ready to open and drink at any time. It is possible that you may notice moisture or condensation on the exterior of a Wine Center door. This is typically a normal occurrence.

Low Wine Center or Wine Chiller temperature settings combined with high heat and humidity conditions can result in the outer door sweating. This is not unusual during periods of high humidity. You can wipe off the moisture, or it will usually evaporate in time. Under severe conditions, such as being located near a pool side, the water may even bead and run.

  • Do not install the appliance where the temperature will go above 90°F (35°C) because it will not perform properly.
