Disposer Leaking

When a disposer is leaking, it is most likely due to an installation or plumbing issue. Please check the following items for proper installation before contacting a plumber.

• If the dishwasher drain is connected to the disposer, tighten the clamp on dishwasher drain hose to verify the leak is not coming from that area.
• Check the Drain elbow assembly for proper fit.
• Ensure that the flange is installed properly and that the screws are tight.
