Monogram Beverage Center Manual Adjustment to Lower Temperature

To meet federal guidelines and be classified as a chiller / cooler, the minimum set point for the Beverage Center is 40°F. However, once you have it in your home, you can lower the set point if desired.

To get into extended, lower temperature ranges on the electronic Beverage Center:

  1. Press the "colder" button to get down to 40°F. At 40°F, hold the "colder" and "light" buttons simultaneously for 6 seconds. The “Light” button on ZDBT240PBS is located at the top of the handle. 34°F will flash 3 times before going back to actual temperature.

  2. Next press the "colder" button to get down to 34°F. The display will show the new, lower set temperature (34-39°F) and then revert to the actual temperature after a 5-second delay. 34°F is the lowest set temperature possible.

This unit is designed for storing and cooling beverages. It is not intended for the storage of perishable foods.

Note: Newer models do not have this option to lower the temperature range.
