Express Chill™

Select Express Chill™ to cool items in minutes rather than hours.

1. Place the cooling tray in pan with handles up.
2. Put items to be chilled on cooling tray and close securely.
3. Select either 15, 30 or 45 minutes (depending on what is being cooled) on the control panel. Cool air (average 20º F) is drawn from the freezer and circulates throughout the pan.

Once the cycle is complete, the pan will revert back to the pre-set fresh food temperature.
