Top Freezer Refrigerator Styrofoam in the Interior

Many top-mount refrigerators have a section of styrofoam above the freezer control dial. This is not packing material and should not be removed.

Styrofoam may also be located around the vent and in the roof of the refrigerator and should not be removed. If you have removed this, you will need service to have it replaced. For service, please schedule an appointment with Bodewell.
