Range Fluorescent Cooktop Light

The fluorescent cooktop light makes cooking easier by providing a sufficient amount of light to the cooktop surface, or can even be used as a night light for your kitchen (on models so equipped.)

  • Some models have consumer replaceable lights. On these models, instructions for replacing the light are in the Owner's Manual. Download a copy of the Download a copy of the Owner's Manual.
  • When replacing, be sure to replace with the specific lamp part number listed for the specific range. The lamps vary in wattage (18-25 watts), depending upon the model of the range.
  • If the light is not working when it is first replaced, disconnect the power to the range access the lamp area following the directions in the Owner's Manual. Then push down on both ends of the lamp to ensure proper placement of the lamp.
