CFM Rating of Non-Vented Hoods

Non-Vented hoods do not have a CFM rating. Air is pulled up through the hood, forced through a filter, and back out into the same room. Since the air is simply being circulated, there is no need for the measurement of air flow.

 

"CFM" (cubic feet per minute) is the measurement of the exchange of air from one area to another.
