Common Reasons for Cakes Falling in the Oven

Common reasons for cakes falling when cooking:

 
  • Too much liquid or not enough liquid
  • Using small eggs (large eggs are recommended)
  • Too much leavening (yeast, baking soda, baking powder, etc.)
