How to Combination Cook a Turkey in a Convection Microwave

We strongly recommend the use of a cooking bag because this helps to obtain even temperatures throughout the bird. Allow 15 minutes of standing time after any of these combo roasting.

There are three ways to combo roast a bird:

Combination Auto RoastQuickest / easiest to set up.

1. Insert the temperature probe
2. Touch "auto roast "
3. Touch auto code 4 (to obtain final food temp of 190 degrees)
4. Press "start"

 

Combination Temperature CookSame as the Combo Auto Roast but requires the following steps to be set up:

1. Insert the temperature probe
2. Touch the "combo cook"
3. Enter combo code 4 (which is for 350 degrees)
4. Enter the desired final food temp (190 degrees)
5. Press "start".

 

Combination Time CookYou need to calculate the time by pounds

1. Calculate the cooking time (17-20 minutes per pound combo time)
2. Touch combo cook
3. Enter combo code 4 (for 350 degrees)
4. Enter the cooking time
5. Press "start"
