Advantium - The Story

The Advantium oven uses breakthrough Speedcook technology to harness the power of light. The Advantium oven cooks the outside of foods much like conventional radiant heat, while also penetrating the surface so the inside cooks simultaneously. The outside of the food is cooked like a conventional oven, with radiant heat produced by halogen bulbs above and below the food. This halogen produced heat receives a boost of microwave energy to brown and cook foods evenly and fast, while retaining their natural moisture.

Note: Advantium ovens do not "air fry"; they use Speedcook technology that can provide similar cooking results.

 

The Advantium oven is already programmed with 175 of the most popular recipes. These easy-to-use recipe programs make Speedcooking accessible to the entire family. When using the pre-set menu foods, the power levels are already selected for you. However, power levels can also be adjusted when using pre-set menu foods and MY RECIPE.

There are two types of built-in and over-the-range Advantium ovens available.

 

  • Advantium 240: Utilizing 240 volts of power, the Advantium delivers oven-quality food up to eight times faster than a conventional oven.

  • Advantium 120: Offers the convenience of 120 volt installation and delivers oven-quality food up to four times faster than a conventional oven.
